C3C® Small/Medium Business (SMB)

The C3C® SMB application allows the small/medium business user to manage their communications features and call record data without formal communications training. The user has a web-based intuitive user interface that is accessible from anywhere the user has access to the Internet. Usability, simplicity, and avoidance of communications jargon are the focus of the C3C® SMB user interface. Additionally, the C3C® SMB user interface provides the user with a web portal to manage their service, putting control in the user’s hands. C3C® SMB is ideal for the user that has little to no communications experience that wants to add, change, or delete features on a network device or execute reports.
